TOP 2009 AGENTS RECOGNIZED FOR AMERICAN LAND MART

Linda Lindsey was recognized recently as the 2009 Top Producing Agent for Coldwell Banker American Land Mart of Conyers. Ann Bell was the office’s No. 2 producer for the year, while Betty Denio was No. 3.

The recognition came at the Coldwel Banker Bullard Reaslty organization annual awards event.

Lindsey, Bell and Denio, as well as fellow ALM agents Sheri Sears and Brenda Waldrop, were also named to the East Metro Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club for 2009.

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart is a separate but affiliated member of the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard (http://cbbullard.com) has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has offices in McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, as well as Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. Bullard Realty also recently announced an affiliation with a group of agents who were previously with Century 21 Adams-Walker and who primarily serve the Pike, Upson, Lamar and Spalding County area.
